  • Duo of Fresh Honeydew and Water Melon with Fresh Fruit Salad and Fruit Coulis
  • Fresh white crab meat served on toasted sourdough with a citrus mayonnaise
  • Spicy lamb Samosa with bombay potatoes and a mango chilli coulis
  • Smoked bacon and black pudding served on jersey royal potatoes, broad beans & pea shoots drizzled with a light a light honey mustard dressing
  • Plas Hafod’s Chicken liver and cognac pate with toasted ciabatta bread and orchard chutney

Mains

  • Home Roasted Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Gravy
  • Tender Loin of Pork with fruity apricot stuffing, crispy crackling smoked bacon and home grown sage and onion gravy with cider apple sauce
  • Poached fillet of salmon served chilled with a house salad of feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, beetroot and baby gem lettuce with honey & lemon glaze
  • Pan Seared Breast with a light white wine and mushroom sauce topped with crispy onions
  • Tender Rump of Braised minted Lamb with rosemary infused gravy served on crushed new potato and leek bake
  • Vegetarian Roasted red pepper, courgette & aubergine Tart with rocket and pesto garnish
